They anticipate that the draft plan will be completed in late August and <br />have requested a workshop meeting with the Planning Commission to review the draft. <br /> <br />Observations: <br /> <br />Hoisington Koegler has requested that the Planning Commission schedule a workshop for <br />Thursday, September 3. Alternative dates are Thursday, September 10 and Tuesday, <br />September 15. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />City Staff recommends that the Planning Commission schedule a special workshop <br />meeting per the request of the planning consultant. <br /> <br />Commission Action: <br /> <br />Motion to schedule a special workshop meeting of the Planning Commission for 7:00 <br />p.m. on , September ,1998. <br /> <br />PC: 08/04/98 <br /> <br /> <br />
