Forward to Council. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission recommended City Council adopt the <br />Findings of Fact, with #13-18 amended in the affirmative, relating <br />to a request from U.S. West Wireless for a CLIP to construct and <br />operate a personal communication system tower, and approve the <br />request for a CUP and adopt a resolution declaring terms of same. <br />' -~rward to City Council. <br /> <br />~qndings of Fact re LeBlanc request for CUP to grade and export <br />soils: The Planning Commission recommended that City Council <br />amend the findings in the affirmative, and adopt the findings as <br />amended. Forward to City Council. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission recommended that City approve the <br />LeBlanc CUP with the following modifications: Amend #11 to <br />indicate that the west slope grade and the south slope grade be <br />modified and conform with the ordinance of 12%. Amend #12 to <br />indicate that Michael LeBlanc will be unable to use C.R. #116 if <br />his hauling interferes with the County, he will need to obtain <br />permission from the private property owner between the site and <br />C.R. #116, and the use of 149th Avenue NW is prohibited. <br />Forward to Council. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission amended and' recommended adoption <br />of the Findings of Fact in the affirmative relating to North Fork's <br />request for a CUP to grade and import soils in Northfork and <br />Northfork Links. Forward to City Council. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission recommended that City approve the <br />North Fork CUP with the following modifications: Amend the <br />permit to include wording that reflects that Site A requires City <br />Engineer approval and that Site B allows grading to occur only <br />when the lots are developed.
