Councilmember <br />adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 98-10- <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A HOME OCCUPATION PERMIT <br />BASED ON FINDINGS OF FACT # AND DECLARING TERMS OF PERMIT FOR <br />AN 1N-HOME DOG GROOMING BUSINESS. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution No. 98-10- adopting <br />Findings of Fact # for this use and herein approves the Home Occupation Permit subject to <br />the following conditions. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />On , 1998, a Conditional Use Permit ("Permit") was issued by the City of <br />Ramsey ("City") to Julie M. Kucia ("Permittee"), pursuant to Sections 9.11.04 (Home <br />Occupation Permit) and 9.03.04 (Conditional Use Permit) of the Ramsey City Code, for a dog <br />grooming business in the residential dwelling on the property generally known as 16511 Yttrium <br />Street N.W. and legally described as follows: <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />The north 200 feet of the south 405 feet of the east 220 feet of the Southeast Quarter of <br />Section 10, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota (subject to road easement <br />over the west 33 feet thereof). <br /> <br />("Subject Property"). <br /> <br />This Permit shall remain in effect so long as the conditions imposed herein are complied <br />with. Should the Permittee die or move to a new location, the existing Permit shall be <br />automatically terminated, except that a surviving child, residing at the same address, or <br />the subsequent property owner, desiring to continue the Permit, shall submit written <br />notice to that effect to the Administrator and the Council may authorize continuation of <br />the Permit without further hearing. <br /> <br />The business hours shall not exceed 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. <br /> <br />The number of animals groomed per week shall not exceed twenty (20). <br /> <br />Adequate water supply and on-site sewage disposal facilities shall be the responsibility of <br />the Permittee. <br /> <br />Adequate off-street parking shall be provided by the Permittee. <br /> <br />There shall be no display of advertising or business identification signs or any exterior <br />indications of the home occupation within the home. <br /> <br />There shall be no exterior storage of business equipment and materials and all animals <br />delivered to the property shall be held within the private dwelling until they are retrieved <br />by their owners. <br /> <br /> <br />
