8. That Section 9.11.02 of the Ramsey City Code also states that the maximum single accessory <br /> structure size allowed on parcels 1 acre or less in size is 624 square feet. <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />That the Applicants are proposing to construct a single accessory structure that is 936 square <br />feet in size, which is a 304 square foot overage in the maximum single accessory structure <br />size limits. <br /> <br />10. <br /> <br />That the Applicants have stated that the overage in accessory structure space would provide <br />the necessary garage space to store their personal property indoors, and they do not plan to <br />conduct commercial activities from the proposed structure.. <br /> <br />1 I. That the City has previously approved overages in the single accessory structure size <br /> restrictions. <br /> <br />12. That the proposed use will/will not adversely impact traffic in the area. <br /> <br />13. That the proposed use will/will not be unduly dangerous or otherwise detrimental to persons <br /> residing or working in the vicinity of the use or to the public welfare. <br /> <br />14. That the proposed use will/will not substantially adversely impair the use, enjoyment, or <br /> market value of any surrounding property. <br /> <br />15. That the proposed use Mil/will not be hazardous or disturbing to existing or future <br /> neighboring uses. <br /> <br />16. That the proposed use will/will not be served adequately by public facilities and services such <br /> as highways and streets. <br /> <br />17. <br /> <br />That the proposed use will/will not create excessive additional requirements at public cost for <br />public facilities and services, and it will not be detrimental to the economic welfare of the <br />community. <br /> <br />18. <br /> <br />That the proposed use will/will not involve activities and uses that will be detrimental to any <br />persons, property, or the general welfare by reason of excessive production of traffic, noise, <br />smoke, fumes, glare, or odors. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br /> <br />
