Councilmember <br />adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 98-10- <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />BASED ON FINDINGS OF FACT # AND DECLARING ;TERMS OF PERMIT FOR <br />AN OVERAGE IN SINGLE ACCESSORY STRUCTURE SIZE RESTRICTIONS <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution No. 98-10- adopting <br />Findings of Fact # for this use and herein approves the Conditional Use Permit subject to <br />the following conditions. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RANISEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows.:. <br /> <br />On ., 1998, a Conditional Use Permit ("CUP") was issued by the City of Ramsey <br />("City") to Stephen and Barbara Dvorak ("Permittee") for an overage in single accessory <br />structure size restrictions on the property generally known as 6641 157th Avenue NW and <br />legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 1, Block 2, High Point, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />("Subject Property:") <br /> <br />This perm2t is issued pursuant to Section 9.03.04 and 9.11.02 of the Ramsey City Code. The <br />conditions of this permit are as follows: <br /> <br />That this resolution shall allow for the construction of a 936 square foot accessory garage <br />("Structure") on the Subject Property in accordance with the site plan dated received by the <br />City on September 9, 1998. <br /> <br />That the Permittee shall obtain all necessary permits prior to commencing any construction <br />of the accessory garage. <br /> <br />That the accessory structure shall be used for the storage of personal property and <br />commercial vehicles and equipment belonging to the Applicants, in accordance with City <br />Code. However, no commercial or industrial activity shall be allowed in the Structure in <br />conjUnction with any commercial vehicles and equipment that may be stored on the Subject <br />Property unless it is done so in accordance with the Ramsey City Code. <br /> <br />That the Permittees shall be responsible for all City costs incurred in administering and <br />enforcing this conditional use permit. <br /> <br />5. That a certificate of survey shall be required at the discretion of the City Building Official. <br /> <br /> <br />
