Councilmember adoption: introduced the following resolution and moved for its RESOLUTION NO. 98-10- A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT BASED ON FINDINGS OF FACT # AND DECLARING ;TERMS OF PERMIT FOR AN OVERAGE IN SINGLE ACCESSORY STRUCTURE SIZE RESTRICTIONS WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution No. 98-10- adopting Findings of Fact # for this use and herein approves the Conditional Use Permit subject to the following conditions. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANISEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows.:. On ., 1998, a Conditional Use Permit ("CUP") was issued by the City of Ramsey ("City") to Stephen and Barbara Dvorak ("Permittee") for an overage in single accessory structure size restrictions on the property generally known as 6641 157th Avenue NW and legally described as follows: Lot 1, Block 2, High Point, Anoka County, Minnesota. ("Subject Property:") This perm2t is issued pursuant to Section 9.03.04 and 9.11.02 of the Ramsey City Code. The conditions of this permit are as follows: That this resolution shall allow for the construction of a 936 square foot accessory garage ("Structure") on the Subject Property in accordance with the site plan dated received by the City on September 9, 1998. That the Permittee shall obtain all necessary permits prior to commencing any construction of the accessory garage. That the accessory structure shall be used for the storage of personal property and commercial vehicles and equipment belonging to the Applicants, in accordance with City Code. However, no commercial or industrial activity shall be allowed in the Structure in conjUnction with any commercial vehicles and equipment that may be stored on the Subject Property unless it is done so in accordance with the Ramsey City Code. That the Permittees shall be responsible for all City costs incurred in administering and enforcing this conditional use permit. 5. That a certificate of survey shall be required at the discretion of the City Building Official.
