Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION//98-11- <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />TO EXPAND A CONDITIONAL USE IN THE BUSINESS DISTRICT TO INCLUDE A <br />UTILITY SHED BASED ON FINDINGS OF FACT # <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Anoka Congregation of Jehovah Witnesses (Permittee) has properly <br />applied for a conditional use permit (Permit) on the property legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 1, Block 5, Riverside West, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />(the "Subject Property"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission met on November 2, 1998, conducted a public <br />heating and recommended City Council approval of the request. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY~ STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />This permit shall be perpetual in its duration so long as the conditions imposed herein are <br />complied with. <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />This Permit shall allow for the constrUction of a 12' x 16' (192 square feet) vinyl sided <br />utility shed (Structure) on the Subject Property for equipment storage purposes. <br /> <br />3) <br /> <br />The location of the Structure on the Subject Property shall comply with the setbacks <br />established for the B-3 Highway Business District (35 feet from rear or south property <br />line and no closer to the west property line than the principal building. <br /> <br />4) <br /> <br />The construction of the utility shed shall not commence until a building permit has been <br />issued by the City of Ramsey. <br /> <br />5) <br /> <br />All costs incurred by the City in administering and enforcing this permit shall be the <br />responsibility of the Permittee. <br /> <br />6) <br /> <br />The City Administrator or his/her designee shall have the right to inspect the premises for <br />compliance and safety purposes annually or at any time upon reasonable request. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution as duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council, <br />this the __ day of ,1998. <br /> <br /> <br />
