Monthly Status Report <br /> <br />Frolik/ " 10/06/98 Regarding modifications to the Diamonds Sports Bar site <br />Complete plan: The Planning Commission voted to require that 18 <br /> four-foot tall deciduous trees be planted on the property's <br /> western boundary for screening and noise abatement and that <br /> no additional trees are to be planted on the Highway 10 side <br /> of the property. The Planning Commission tabled the <br /> alterations to the fence and vining on the south side of the <br /> fence until landscape renderings are received. The Planning <br /> Commission recommended City Council approve the <br /> accessory structure according to City Code. Forward to City <br /> Council. <br />Kusler/ i0/06/98 Atiach the letters from Rose Johnson, Jan Marks, and Mr. and <br />Complete Mrs. Curtis to Kucia public hearing minutes. <br />Frolik/ 10/06/98 Findings of Fact re Julie Kucia home occupation permit for <br />Complete dog grooming: The Planning Commission recommended that <br /> City Council accept #1 through #10 as presented and amend <br /> the following: #11 to read "That the proposed use will not <br /> adversely impact traffic in the area." #12 to read "That the <br /> proposed use will not be unduly dangerous or otherwise <br /> detrimental to persons residing or working in the vicinity of <br /> the use or to the public welfare." #13 to read "That the <br /> proposed use will not substantially adversely impair the use, <br /> enjoyment, or market value of any surrounding property." <br /> #14 to read "That the proposed use will not be hazardous to <br /> existing or future neighboring uses." #I5 to read "That the <br /> proposed use will be served adequately by public facilities <br /> and services such as highways and streets." #16 to read "That <br /> the proposed use will not create' excessive additional <br /> requirements at public cost for public facilities and services, <br /> and it will not be detrimental to the economic welfare of the <br /> community." #17 to read "That the proposed use will not <br /> involve activities and uses that will be detrimental to any <br /> persons, property, or the general welfare by reason of <br /> excessive production of traffic, noise, smoke, fumes, glare, or <br /> odors."
