Monthly Status Report Frolik/ 10/06/98 The Planning Commission recommcn~led that City Co'uncil Complete approved the proposed CUP to export soils from the senior housing site, based on the amended Findings of Fact, and adopt a resolution declaring terms as proposed. Frolik/ 10/06/98 The Planning Commission recommended that City Council Pending deny the proposed site plan for C.K. Concrete Design because the site is subject to the development moratorium adopted by the City Council on August 25, 1998 and effective on September 28, 1998. Forward to Council. If Council elects to grant an exception to the moratorium, the site plan is to be returned to the Planning, Commission for review. Forward to Council.
