Monthly Status Report <br /> <br />Walther/ 9/1/98 The Planning Commission directed that wording be added to <br />Pending the proposed ordinance amending Chapter 9 indicating that <br /> color rendering and/or color samples are required in the site <br /> plan review process for the purpose of ensuring compatibility <br /> with surrounding uses. Then they would like a presentation <br /> of the site plan review section of the proposed ordinance at <br /> their October meeting. Also at that time can discuss roof line <br /> materials and color compatibility and Code enforcement <br /> and/or provisions of smaller contracting businesses in <br /> residential areas. <br />Frolik/ 10/13/98 Council approved the proposed accessory building in <br />Complete accordance with City Code (with regard to Diamonds), <br /> approval of the additional building and its size, and a wood <br /> versus natural or prefabricated stone exterior finish.
