Councilmember <br />adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 98-11- <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />BASED ON FINDINGS OF FACT it AND DECLARING TERMS OF PERMIT FOR <br />AN OVERAGE IN SINGLE ACCESSORY STRUCTURE SIZE RESTRICTIONS <br /> <br /> WltEREAS, the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution No. 98-11- adopting <br />Findings of Fact # for this use and herein approves the Conditional Use Permit subject to <br />the following conditions. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />On ,1998, a Conditional Use Permit ("CUP") was issued by the City of Ramsey <br />("City") to Scott Lebakken ("Permittee") for an overage in single accessory structure size <br />restrictions on the property generally known as 14100 Germanium Street N.W. and legally <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 4, Block 1, Flintwood Hills, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />("Subject Property:") <br /> <br />This permit is issued pursuant to Section 9.03.04 and 9.11.02 of the Ramsey City Code. The <br />conditions of this permit are as follows: <br /> <br />That this resolution shall allow for the construction of a 960 square foot accessory garage <br />("Structure") on the Subject Property in accordance with the site plan dated received by <br />the City on October 20, 1998. <br /> <br />That the Permittee shall obtain all necessary permits prior to commencing any <br />construction of the Structure. <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />That the Structure shall be used for the storage of personal property and/or commercial <br />vehicles and equipment belonging to the Applicant or any subsequent property owner, in <br />accordance with City Code. However, no commercial or industrial activity involving <br />employees that do not reside on the Subject Property shall be allowed in the Structure <br />unless it is done so in accordance with the Ramsey City Code. <br /> <br />That the driveway constructed to access the Structure shall maintain a three (3) foot <br />setback from the south property line. <br /> <br /> <br />
