Mr. Gruber indicates that it cost $800 to modify his landscape plan to show 18 trees along the <br />north property line following his meeting with Parks Supervisor, and it will cost again to show <br />these trees being planted on the west property line per the Planning Commission's decision. <br />Given that, Staff informed Mr. Graber that he would not have to go through the expense to have <br />another revision made to the Landscape Plan for the Planning Commission meeting, especially <br />since Staff is supportive of eliminating the vining requirement.
