On April 26, 1988, site approval was granted by the City of Ramsey to North <br />Star Engineering to construct a gas station/convenience store and car wash <br />on the property legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 1, Block 1, River's Bend Plaza Second Addition, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota. <br /> <br />This approval is issued pursuant to Section 170.017L of the Ramsey City <br />Code. The conditions of this approval are as follows: <br /> <br />The structuresshallbeconstructedas shown ontheplansubmitted <br />to and approved by the City's Building Department. 'No <br />construction of any of the structures shall commence without <br />proper approval and permittingbythe City BuildingOfficial. <br /> <br />2. The structures shall be finished in accordance with the plans <br /> submitted. <br /> <br />3. The site shall be landscaped in accordance with the landscaping <br /> plans submitted to and approved by the City Engineer. <br /> <br />4. At least five off-street parking places shall be provided as <br /> specified in Section 170.017 of the Ramsey City Code. <br /> <br />All off-streetparking areas shall be surfaced with blacktop or <br />concrete. <br />Accesses to the subject property shall be in accordance with/ <br />specifications of the City Engineer and Minnesota Department of! <br />Transportation. <br /> <br />All lighting of the proposed structures shall be positioned so <br />that little or no light will be deflected into public streets or <br />adjacent properties. <br /> <br />8. All containers for refuse shall be contained within an area <br /> screened frcm sight. <br /> <br />9. All driving surfaces.and entrance ways shall be surfaced with <br /> blacktop or concrete. <br /> <br />Amoco Oil Company and its representatives hereby acknowledge receipt <br />receipt of this permit and that they have reviewed the conditions of this <br />permit and have agreed that they will comply with the terms of this permit. <br /> <br />Its: <br /> <br /> <br />
