It is our understanding the the drainage ditch to the south will have a pipe laid within the <br /> the ditch and be filled over. We will be allowed to connect to this drainage system for U~: <br /> our storm sewer. Based upon the actual placement of the ditch with relation to this site/? <br /> it may be necessary to park or drive over the ditch.
