Fill has been placed and leveled in the western most portion of the lot. Since <br />filling this easement will interfere with the purpose for wh/ch the depression was created, the <br />storage of storm water, I must insist that any further filling cease immediately and that material <br />recently placed be removed. I have also notified your wife of this by phone in order to minimize <br />any. costs which you may incur. <br /> <br />Please contact me by September 15, 1998 and advise as when the fill material placed will be <br />removed.
