Board Member introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION tt98-05-' RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A VARIANCE TO CONSTRUCT AN ACCESSORY STRUCTURE NEARER THE FRONT PROPERTY LINE THAN THE PRINCIPAL STRUCTURE AND DECLARING TERMS OF SAME WHEREAS, Dan and Susan Rydbom (Permi~tees) have properly applied for a variance from Section 9.11.02 of the Ramsey City Code to construct an accessory structure nearer the front property line than the principal structure on the property generally known as 8021 177th Avenue NW and legally described as follows: Lot 12, Block 1, Deerwood, Anoka County, Minnesota ("Subject Property") AND WHEREAS, the Board of Adjustment conducted a public hearing on May 5, 1998, pursuant to Section 9.03.05 of the Ramsey City Code. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: I. That based on Findings of Fact # , a variance to construct an accessory structure nearer the front property line than the principal structure on the Subject Property is hereby granted. 2. That the accessory garage constructed on the subject property shall not be located any closer than 35 feet from the nearest point of the front property line on the Subject Property. 3. That the Permittees shall obtain ail necessary permits prior to commencing any construction of the accessory structure. That the accessory structure shall be used for storage of equipment and vehicles in accordance with City Code and no business activity shall be permitted within said structure, unless it is done in accordance with City Code. 5. That the Permittees and/or property owners shall be responsible for all City costs incurred in administering and enforcing this variance. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Board Member , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following were absent: whereupon said resolution was declared duly adopted by the Ramsey Board of Adjustment this the 5th day of May, 1998.
