Board Member introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION #98-05- <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A VARIANCE AND DECLARING <br /> TERMS OF SAME : <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, John M. Gobernatz and Avis M. Gobernatz, hereinafter referred to as <br />"Permittees", have properly applied for a variance to the minimum lot size requirements to create <br />two additional single family residential lots in the Rural Service Area from the property legally <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 3, Block 1, Gobematz Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />(the "Subject Property") <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Board of Adjustment met on May 5, 1998, conducted a public hearing <br />and adopted findings of fact relating to the request. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1. Based on Findings of Fact # , a variance is hereby granted to the minimum area <br />requirement for single family lots in the Rural Service as established by Section 9.20. i 1 of the <br />Ramsey City Code. <br /> <br />2. The Permittees shall be permitted to plat two single family residential lots from Lot 3, <br />Block 1, Gobernatz Addition and each new lot created shall be a minimum of 2.5 acres inside, <br />exclusive of any road right-of-way. <br /> <br />3. This variance shall not apply to any future resubdivision of the Subject Property. <br /> <br />The Permittee shall be responsible for all City costs incurred in administering and <br />enforcing this variance. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Board Member <br /> and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly adopted by the Ramsey Board of Adjustment this <br />the 5th day of May, 1998. <br /> <br /> <br />
