1. Based on Findings of Fact # , a variance from minimum street frontage and lot width <br /> requirements to construct a dwelling on the Subject Property is hereby granted. <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />This Variance shall remain in effect until July 7, 1999, as long as the conditions imposed <br />herein are complied with. The Permittee may petition for an extension of time in which to <br />complete the variance. Such extension shall be requested in writing and filed with the City at <br />least 30 days before the expiration of the original variance. <br /> <br />The Subject Property is eligible for building permits for one dwelling unit and related <br />accessory structures in accordance with City Code and no further building permits for <br />additional residential structures will be issued until such time as the Subject Property is <br />replatted in accordance with City Code and access is provided via a public road improved to <br />City standards. <br /> <br />4. The Permittees shall obtain ail necessary permits prior to commencing any construction, <br /> including a permit from Anoka County for access onto County Road #63. <br /> <br />The Permittees shall make a reasonable effort to locate the residential structure and any <br />accessory buildings constructed on the Subject Property so as not to interfere with the <br />orderly resubdivision of the Subject Property at some point in the future, and by accepting <br />this Permit acknowledges that not doing so may adversely impact the ability of the Subject <br />property to be subdivided in the future. <br /> <br />The Permittees agree that this variance shall be recorded in the office of the Anoka County <br />Recorder and agrees that the terms and provisions of this Agreement shall run with the land <br />and shall bind the property owner and his/her successor and assigns. <br /> <br />7. The Permittees shall be responsible for all City costs incurred in administering and enforcing <br /> this variance. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Board Member <br /> and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly adopted by the Ramsey Board of Adjustment this <br />the 5th day May, 1998. <br /> <br />Jerry and Janice Melberg hereby acknowledge receipt of this variance and that they have <br />reviewed the terms of the variance and have agreed that they will comply with the terms of the <br />variance. <br /> <br /> <br />
