5. The Permittees shall make a reasonable effort to locate the residential structure and any <br /> accessory buildings constructed on the Subject Property so as not to interfere with the <br /> orderly resubdivision of the Subject Property at some point in the future, and by accepting <br /> this variance acknowledge that not doing so may adversely impact the ability of the Subject <br /> property to be subdivided in the future. <br /> <br />6. The Permittee agrees that this variance shall be recorded in the office of the Anoka County <br /> Recorder and agrees that the terms and provisions of this variance shall nm with the land and <br /> shall bind the property owner and his/her successor and assigns. <br /> <br />7.
