Board Member <br />adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #98-07- <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ADOPTING FINDINGS OF'FACT # RELATING TO A <br />REQUEST FOR A VARIANCE FROM STREET FRONTAGE OR LOT WIDTH <br />REQUIREMENTS <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Jerry Melberg and Janice, hereinafter referred to as "Applicants", <br />have properly applied for a Board of Adjustment variance from the minimum lot width <br />requirement established in Section 9.20.11 of the Ramsey City Code in order to construct <br />a dwelling on the following legally described property: <br /> <br />That part of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 8, <br />Township 32, Range 25 described as follows: beginning at the Northwest comer <br />of the said Northeast Quarter of Northeast Quarter, thence east along the North <br />Line of said Northeast Quarter of Northeast Quarter to a point 70 feet east of the <br />West Line of said Northeast Quarter of Northeast Quarter, thence southerly <br />parallel with said West Line 300 feet, thence westerly and parallel with said North <br />Line to said West Line, thence northerly along said West Line to the point of <br />beginning, except the road, subject to easement of record. <br /> <br />That part of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 8, <br />Township 32, Range 25, described as follows: beginning at a point on the North <br />Line of said Northeast Quarter of Northeast Quarter 650 feet west of the northeast <br />comer thereof, thence west along said North Line 150 feet, thence south and <br />parallel with the East Line of said Northeast Quarter of Northeast Quarter 300 <br />feet, thence west and parallel with the said North Line 150 feet, thence south and <br />parallel with the said East Line 150 feet, thence west and parallel with the said <br />North Line to a point 70 feet east of the West Line of said Northeast Quarter of <br />Northeast Quarter, thence north and parallel with said West Line to intersect with <br />a line parallel with and 300 feet south of said North Line, thence west and parallel <br />with said North Line to the West Line of said Northeast Quarter of Northeast <br />Quarter, thence south along said West Line to the South Line of north 935 feet of <br />said Northeast Quarter of Northeast Quarter (as measured along the East Line <br />thereof), thence easterly along said South Line to the West Line of the east 650 <br />feet of said Northeast Quarter of Northeast Quarter (as measured along said North <br />Line), thence northerly along said West Line of the east 650 feet to the point of <br />beginning, except the road, subject to easement of record. <br /> <br />("Subject Property") <br /> <br /> <br />
