Board Member introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #98-10- <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A VARIANCE TO ENLARGE A <br />NON-CONFORMING ACCESSORY STRUCTURE LOCATED NEARER THE FRONT <br />PROPERTY LINE THAN THE PRINCIPAL STRUCTURE AND DECLARING TERMS <br />OF SAME <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Sherrie and Lawrence Those (Permittees) have properly applied for a <br />variance from Section 9.11.02 of the Ramsey City Code to repair and enlarge a pre-existing non- <br />conforming garage that is located nearer the front property line than the principal structure on the <br />property generally known as 17440 Gibbon Street NW and legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 3, Block 1, DEERWOOD, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />("Subject Property") <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, the Board of Adjustment conducted a public hearing on October 6, <br />1998, pursuant to Section 9.03.05 of the Ramsey City Code. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />That based on Findings of Fact # , a variance to repair and enlarge a pre-existing non- <br />conforming garage located nearer the front property line than the principal structure on the <br />Subject Property is hereby granted. <br /> <br />That the garage on the subject property shall not exceed 1,200 square feet in size and shall <br />not be located any closer than 90 feet from the nearest point of the front property line on the <br />Subj eot Property. <br /> <br />3. That the Permittees shall obtain all necessary permits prior to commencing any construction <br /> of the garage. <br /> <br />That the garage shall be used for storage of equipment and vehicles in accordance with City <br />Code and no business activity shall be permitted within said structure, unless it is done in <br />accordance with City Code. <br /> <br />5. That the Permittees and/or property owners shall be responsible for all City costs incurred in <br /> administering and enforcing this variance. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Board Member <br /> ., and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> <br />
