Thus our building area - <br />6,349 sq. fL, floor 1-3 is under the 84,000 sq. ft. allowable and no fire separation partitions are <br />necessary. <br />The attic space will have draft stops located at one corridor partition line and horizontal at apartment <br />demising l/ne with maximum spacing of 100 ft.
