The remainder of the Subject
Property that would be considered behind the home is wetland.

That the special conditions do not result from the actions of the Applicant; the Subject
Property was developed with the home and non-conforming garage when purchased by the
Applicants.

That similar variances have been granted in the R-1 Rural Residential District in the City of
Ramsey.

That the variance requested is the minimum variance which would alleviate the hardship.

That literal interpretation of the provisions of City Code will/will not deprive the Applicant
of rights commonly enjoyed by other properties in the same district.

That if granted, the variance will]will not permit a use that is prohibited in the R-1 Rural
Residential District.

That if granted, the variance will not impair an adequate supply of light and air to adjacent
property.

That if granted, the variance will/will not Unreasonably increase the congestion in the public
street.

That if granted, the variance will/will not increase the danger of fire or endanger the public
safety.

That if granted, the variance will]will not unreasonably diminish property values in the
neighborhood.

RESOLUTION #98-05-070
