Councilmember Haas Steffen absent <br /> Motion carded. <br /> <br /> Case #16: Development Agreement for Peck Properties <br /> <br /> ~ <br /> City Attorney Goodrich presented a development agreement and said it should be changed to <br /> Peck LLC. He asked that Council approve the agreement and grant the City Administrator and <br /> the City Attorney authority to make minor adjustments. <br /> <br /> Motion by Councilmember Beahen and seconded by Councilmember Beyer to approve the <br /> agreement amendment and authorize the City Administrator and City Attorney to make minor <br /> adjustments. <br /> <br /> Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Beahen, Beyer, and Zimmerman. <br /> Voting No: None. Absent: Councilmember Haas Steffen. <br /> <br /> MAYOR AND COUNCIL INPUT <br /> <br />1) Board of Review <br /> <br />The Board of Review is scheduled for 7:00 p.m., Wednesday, April 15, 1998. <br /> <br />2) Quorum for April 28, 1998 Council Meeting <br /> <br />Council was asked if there would be at least three members present at the April 28, 1998, <br />Council meeting. Both Councilmembers Beyer and Haas Steffen will be out of town. It was <br />noted there would be three members present, therefore, a meeting would be held. <br /> <br />3) Joint Meeting <br /> <br />City Administrator Norman is setting up a joint meeting for City Council and staff to meet with <br />the City Councils and staff of Andover and Anoka. <br /> <br />4) Boy Scout Troop Garage Sale <br /> <br />Mayor Garnet announced that a group of Boy Scouts would be holding a garage sale at <br />LeTourneaus and the proceeds will be donated to the Becky Weiss Bike Road-co. He asked for <br />an opinion on waiving the advertising fee for the community sign. <br /> <br />Alena Hunter, 14628 Helium Street NW, Ramsey, stated that the Ramsey Women of Today have <br />done several projects in Ramsey also and they have to pay for the sign. <br /> <br />Consensus of the Council was to stick to the policy where everyone pays to use the community <br />sign with the exception of the Ramsey Lions who donated the sign to City Hall. <br /> <br />City Council/April 14, 1998 <br /> Page 16 of 17 <br /> <br /> <br />
