Mr. Koshak's concerns with Site <br />B would be met as long as grading remained moderate along the property line. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer, seconded by Commissioner Terry, to amend and recommend <br />adoption of Findings of Fact in the affirmative relating to North Fork's request for a conditional <br />use permit to grade and import soils in Northfork and Northfork Links. <br /> <br />Motion Carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Bawden, Commissioners Deemer, Terry, Anderson, <br />LaDue, and Wivoda. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioner Jensen. <br /> <br />City Engineer Jankowski suggested Site A include wording which states City Engineer approval is <br />required. Site B should reflect that grading is allowed, however, needs to be incorporated into <br />the building permits. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer, seconded by Commissioner Terry, to amend the proposed <br />conditional use permit to include wording that reflects that Site A requires City Engineer approval <br />and that Site B allows grading to occur when the lots are developed. <br /> <br />Motion Carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Bawden, Commissioners Deemer, Terry, Anderson, <br />LaDue, and Wivoda. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioner Jensen. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Anderson, seconded by Commissioner Wivoda, to recommend City <br />Council approve North Fork's request for a conditional use permit to grade and import soils <br />based on the Findings of Fact and adopt the conditional use permit as proposed. <br /> <br />Motion Carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Bawden, Commissioners Anderson, Wivoda, Deemer, <br />LaDue, and Terry. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioner Jensen. <br /> <br />Case #6: <br /> <br />Comprehensive Plan Update Workshop <br /> <br />Brad Sheib, Hoisington Koegler Group, presented an update on the Comprehensive Plan draft and <br />explained the schedule of upcoming events.
