8) That the Applicant has stated that the traffic generated at the facility is minimal because there is an operator on duty when the system is in operation (approximately 20 days a year) and seldom are there employees on site when the system is not in operation. 9) That the Applicant has properly applied to the State Fire Marshal for the tank installation. 10) 13) 14) 15) 16) 17) 18) 19. 20. That the proposed use will not involve uses, activities, processes, materials and equipment and conditions of operation that may be detrimental to any persons, property or the general welfare by reason of excessive production of fumes or odors.
