Meyer <br /> stated that there is a driveway easement/t~etween his property and his neighbor, Mr.ff~rsxrrr. Mr. _ <br /> Peterson has been allowed to elevate and widen the driveway easement. City Engineer Jankowski <br /> ,~k~ and DNR representatives have visited the site, and Mr. Peterson has been advised that he could not. <br />add more fill.. How.qyer, Mr Peterson widened the driveway another 7 feet, and drainage is now tx__ <br /> blocked on~ prope~-y. The easement is approximately 25 feet wide at this t~(l~Ctt'/;I <br /> Approximately 2 to 4 feet of sugar sand has been added which is blocking the culvert from his' and <br /> ~s/,neighbors' properties. Because Mr. M~er's property is the Iow point, he anticipates that it will <br /> ~.,d~e 50 percent to 75 percent under water in the spring. With the fill that Mr. Peterson began putting <br /> in a few years ago, the road was washed out and a culvert was put in. The driveway easement is <br /> being widened for Mr. Peterson's Christmas tree farm.
