Voting No: None. <br />Absent: Councilmembers Peterson and Zimmerman. <br /> <br />COUNCII~ BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case #1: Home Care Month, November 1996 <br /> <br />Mr. Bob Loftus addressed the Council regarding a celebration of NationaI Home Health Care week. <br />He read a proclamation that is being adopted nationwide to declare November as National Home <br />Care Month and to honor employees and clients in the Ramsey area. He also invited everyone to <br />attend a celebration at Mercy Hospital, 3931 Coon Rapids Boulevard, Thursday, November 14, 1996, <br />3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. He thanked the Council for the opportunity to speak and represent their <br />employees. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Beyer and seconded by Counciknember Beahen to approve the Resolution <br />96-11-323 proclaiming Home Care Month, November 1996. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
