CEAP <br />works to prevent crises from occurring and to prevent hunger and homelessness <br />in northwest Hennepin County and Anoka County. CEAP provides special needs <br />assistance, rent and utility assistance, and food and nutritional assistance <br />to those in need. CEAP also provides information and resource referral.
