SELLER and BUYER each warrant that <br /> they have not engaged the services of any realtor, broker or any <br /> other person with regard to this sale Agreement. <br /> <br /> 16. MISCELLANEOUS. <br /> <br /> 16.1 This Agreement represents the complete and final <br /> <br />Agreement of the parties and supersedes any prior oral or written <br />understanding.
