I I I Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #97-01- RESOLUTION APPROVING 4TH PARTIAL PAYMENT SERVICES, LLC FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT /t96-21 WELL NO. 3) TO ALBERG WATER (CONSTRUCTION OF WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey approved this project on February 13, 1996; and WHEREAS, on September 9, 1996, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted Resolution ~)6-09-217 awarding the bid to Alberg Water Services, LLC for the construction of Well No. 3 (Improvement Project g96-21); and WHEREAS, previous payments have been issued to Alberg Water Services, LLC in the amount of $44,841.90; and WHEREAS, City Engineer Steve Jankowski has inspected the completed work and recommends partial payment to Alberg Waters Services, LLC in the amount of $6,320.82. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the City Council hereby authorizes partial payment to Alberg Water Services, LLC for the construction of Well No. 3 (Improvement Project #96-21) in the amount of $6,320.82. 2) That the City Council hereby accepts the project and authorizes the Mayor or City Administrator to sign the release form for this payment. 3) That the total amount of this payment is not included in resolutions approving payment of bills for the month of January, 1997. 4) That the City of Ramsey Finance Department be provided a signed copy of this resolution. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember __ and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following were absent: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 28th day of January, 1997.
