I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #97-02- RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING MAYOR AND CITY ADMINISTRATOR TO EXECUTE ACCESS AGREEMENT PERTAINING TO ALPINE ADDITION and WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey (City) has approved the plat of ALPINE ADDITION; WHEREAS, as a part of said plat approval process, the City agreed to enter into an Access Agreement with Waste Management of Minnesota, Inc. and the Commissioner of the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency which Access Agreement relates to Lots 1 and 2, Block 1, and Outlots A and B of Alpine Addition; and WHEREAS, the Mayor and City Administrator of the City executed the Access Agreement on June 3, 1996 and May 31, 1996, respectively; and WHEREAS, in order to record the Access Agreement with the Anoka County Registrar of Titles, a City Council resolution authorizing the Mayor's and City Administrator's signatures is required. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the City Council hereby authorizes the Mayor and City Administrator to execute, on behalf of the City, the Access Agreement above referenced. 2) That the City Council reaf£m'ns its authorzafion for the City's Mayor and City Administrator to execute the above referenced Access Agreement as executed by them on June 3, 1996, and May 31, 1996, respectively. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following were absent: Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the l lth day of February, 1997.
