AMENDMENT <br /> <br />Article II, Section 4, Franchise Term, is hereby amended to read: <br /> <br /> This Franchise shall commence upon acceptance by Grantee and shall expire <br /> on September 9, 1998. <br /> <br />SECTION 2.
