I I I I I I I I I I i I I I I I I I 7) Joint Meeting with Area Cities Mayor Gamec suggested setting up a joint City Council meeting with the Cities of Anoka, Andover and Champlin. 8) City Council Workshop Mayor Gamec suggested setting up a City Council workshop. 9) Commend Snow Removal Crew Mayor Gamec stated that he had received calls from people thanking the City for the good job done by the snow plow crew. 10) Joint Meeting with Planning Commission Council schedued their joint quarterly meeting with the Planning Commission for 6:30 p.m., Wednesday, February 4, 1997. 1 1 ) Welcome Councilmember Beyer extended a welcome to the newly elected City officials: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Haas Steffen and Zimmerman, and stated she looks forward to working with them. 12) Commend Greg Talbot - Snow Removal Mayor Gamec commended Greg Talbot, Public Works, for emergency snow removal for the Fire Department to respond to a fire a week ago Sunday. He cleared the roads and then waited until the Department was done and cleared the road for them to get back again. He felt it was a good demonstration of willingness to help. ADJOURNMENT Motion by Councilmember Haas Steffen and seconded by Councilmember Beyer to adjourn the meeting. Motion carried.
