City submits revised Comprehensive Plan Amendment. Letter from the City to Met Council requesting clarification on compliance with 4 in 40 zoning requirements. Met Council sends a letter requesting additional information of the plan amendment. Memo to City Administrator updating him on the current status of the MUSA expansion request and the information provided to the Met Council. City supplies information as reqUested by Met Council letter of March 24, 1994. Letter from Champlin about receiving action on Ramsey's Comprehensive Plan City sent a letter to Met Council clarifying the status of the Comprehensive Plan amendment (MUSA expansion). Letter from Met Council stating the review period has not yet begun for the MUSA expansion as it is still deemed incomplete. The remaining information concerns the update of the Anoka County Transportation Plan. Memorandum to City Administrator updating him on the status of the Comprehensive Plan Amendment and its approval. BRW provides Met Council and the City of Ramsey with updated Transportation Plan for Anoka County. BRW forwards tables of road usage for updating Anoka County's Transportation Plan to Met Council Letter from Dennis berg supporting Ramsey's request for its MUSA expansion. This letter indicated the Transportation Plan updating information. Letter from Mayor Gilbertson supplying Anoka County Transportation Plan information and requesting a positive review of the proposed plan. Additional information provided to Met Council about TAZ projections. Letter from Met Council stating plan is now complete and review period has begun. 90 day period is set to expire on January 11, 1995. Final map of MUSA Expansion area is forwarded to Met Council.
