SECTION 4. PROHIBITION. <br /> <br /> During the term of this Ordinance, notwithstanding Chapter 9 <br />of the City Code, entitled "Zoning and Subdivision of Land," no <br />subdivision or platting of any land within the City shall be <br />permitted and no applications for said subdivision or platting <br />shall be accepted, except for those lands identified in Sections 5 <br />and 6 below. <br /> <br />SECTION 5. EXCLUSIONS. <br /> <br /> The following lands within the City are excluded from this <br />Interim Ordinance: <br /> <br />(i) <br /> <br />Ail land currently located within the City's following <br />listed zoning districts: <br /> <br />B-1 Business Zoning District; <br /> <br />B-2 Business Zoning District; <br /> <br />B-3 Highway Business Zoning District; <br /> <br />B-W Business/Warehousing District; <br /> <br />RB Rural Business District; <br /> <br />I Industrial District; and <br /> <br />R-1 Rural Industrial District. <br /> <br />(2) That land included within the proposed APPLE RIDGE <br /> subdivision as legally described and shown on the sketch <br /> plan for said proposed plat previously filed with the <br /> City. <br /> <br />(3) That land included within the proposed ALPINE ESTATES <br /> subdivision as legally described and shown on the sketch <br /> plan for said proposed plat previously filed with the <br /> city. <br /> <br />(4) That land included within the proposed SUNFISH POND <br /> subdivision as legally described and shown on the <br /> preliminary plat for said proposed plat previously filed <br /> with the City. <br /> <br />(5) <br /> <br />Any lands for which the City Council has approved, prior <br />to the effective date of this Ordinance, a preliminary or <br />final plat. <br /> <br />2 <br /> <br /> <br />
