Review the certified mileage and discuss background information on MSA streets, storm sewer and city streets. Review tumbacks of TH and CSAH if they apply. Identify any specific goals and objectives on transportation planning which benefit the community by changing around various MSA routes. Obtain copies of need sheets, city map, MSA map and certified mileage. Review MSA needs. Identify and tabulate possible changes. Prepare a checklist of items to verify during the field investigation. Conduct a field investigation of existing MSA streets. Check and verify the existing data plus tabulate additional items identified during the windshield survey. Some linear measurements may need to be conducted during the field investigation. City Street Superintendent or designee must be available to drive for the field investigation. m m m m MANKATO, MN Review field investigation data and identify changes and updates to each MSA route. Download needs via computer from State Aid. Update changes on all routes. Upload changes via computer to State Aid. Print out a copy of all changes identified on the varioUs FAIRMONT, MN routes.
