About a month ago ~e retained an attorney to cleor this up, but things do not seem to be forthcoming. We know 'that this man has violated numerous state statutes governing Public Adjuster's. He also did not h~ve a permit to solicit in 'the City of Ramsey. This latter violation was brought to the attention of the police department, but we do not think that any action was taken~ This is unfor'bunate, because some action would have left .him looking . like tine dish.nest person that he is. We h~ve been in contact with the state regarding 'the statute violations. We are simply do not have the means 'to ~ake this guy go away~ and he ~no~s this.
