I I Mayor Gamec called the regular portion of the City Council meeting back to order at 7:18 p.m. Mayor Gamec closed the regular portion of the City Council meeting at 7:18 p.m. in order to conduct the public hearing. Public Hearin~ Mayor Gamec called the public hearing to order at 7:18 p.m. Presentation City Engineer Jankowski announced this hearing is for Improvement Project g97-10 Trott Brook Estates. I I Citizen Input None. Motion by Councilmember Haas Steffen and seconded by Councilmember Beahen to close the public hearing. Motion carded. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Haas Steffen, Beahen, Beyer and Zimmerman. Voting No: None. Ptjl>li¢ H¢ltring Mayor Gamec called the public hearing to order at 7:18 p.m. Presentation City Engineer Jankowski announced this hearing is for Improvement Project ~97-11 Shady Lawn Estates. Citizen Input Vince Brytowski, 16931 Yttrium Street NW, Ramsey, stated he is against the project. He has lived in his house six or seven years and this is the second time the City is doing a sealcoating. Mr. Jankowski noted that the last sealcoat was done in 1988. Mr. Brytowski stated that the street looks fine. He felt there were other roads that could use this maintenance more and commented about 167th being as bad as any roads in the area. He stated that the City just raised his taxes 6% and he assumed some of that money went for this type of thing. He stated that the development next to him is using these roads every day and they are not be assessed for the upkeep. He felt they should be included in this assessment.
