CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR AN ACCESSORY BUILDING <br /> LARGER THAN ALLOWED BY CITY CODE; CASE OF RttONDA MORRIS <br /> <br /> Ci~ Engineer Jankowski stated that the proposal is for the construction of an indoor horse arena on <br /> Outlot B, adjacem to the purchased homestead, which will be used for non-commercial purposes. <br /> <br />Mr. Craig Morals stated that he and his wife plan :t,o upgrade the farmstead to raise and train horses. <br />None of the horses will be boarded. Along the front of the buildi__ngs will be fascia and brick with <br />landscaping. The front structures will have asphalt shingle roofs, not tin. Hay storage and a faoil/ty <br />for machinery will be built adjacent to the property.
