I I I ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COMIVlISSION CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA The Ramsey Economic Development Comm/ssion conducted a regular meeting on Thursday, March 6, 1997, at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Bo'alevard, Ramsey, Minnesota. I I I Members Present: Also Present: Chairperson Kenneth Wagner Commissioner David Kent Commissioner Carolyn Nelson Commissioner Lydia Scheiber Commissioner Lisa Montague Economic Development Coordinator James Gromberg I I CALL TO ORDER Chairperson Wagner called the meeting to order at 6:35 p.m. and introduced the new members of the Commission. In addition, he inquired as to the status of the appointment of Harlan Anderson to the Commission. I I I I I I I Mr. Gromberg stated that Mr. Anderson's appointment will be forwarded to the Personnel Committee and receive formal approval at the City Council meeting to be held on March 11, 1997. APPROVAL OF AGENDA Mr. Gromberg suggested that the EDC change the order of the cases to review Cases 2 through 4, and then return to Case 1 because the Commission will most likely be spending a majority of the meeting time on this issue. The Commission concurred and approved the agenda as amended. APPROVAL OF ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION MEETING MINUTES Motion by Commissioner Kent and seconded by Commissioner Nelson to approve the Economic Development Commission meeting minutes dated February 6, 1997. Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Wagner, Commissioners Kent, Montague, Nelson, and Scheiber. Voting No: None. Absent: None.
