Voting Yes: Councilmembers Haas Steffen and Zimmerman. Voting No: None. <br /> Absent: Councilmember Beyer. <br /> <br /> Case #6: Water Utility Improvements <br /> <br /> City Engineer Jankowski updated the Road and Bridge Committee on the water utility <br /> improvements. He asked for action on a change order to contract two <br /> extend <br /> the <br /> time <br /> weeks <br /> for <br /> the well driller (Well No. 3) because we told him to cease work so the well house contractor could <br /> get in and lay pipe. We delayed the well driller that amount of time. <br /> <br /> Motion by Councilmember Haas Steffen and seconded by Councilmember Zimmerman to <br /> recommend Council approve Change Order #1, extending the contract complel:ion date for Well <br /> No. 3 for 14 calendar days at no added cost. <br /> <br /> Motion carded. Voting Yes: Councilmembers Haas Steffen and Zimmerman.
