Exhibits A and B could be classified as Road and Driving Complaints
such as speeding, wrong way on the street or boulevard, etc. Exhibit C indicates citizen
complaints of being annoyed by snowmobile operation. Exhibit D contains complaints from
residents who reported damage to private property as a result of snowmobile trespass. Exhibit E
lists the number of resident complaints of snowmobile trespass in City Parks. Exhibit F lists
trespass complaints on private property where no damage was reported. Exhibits G and H
indicate the citations issued by officers. Exhibits I thru N are snowmobile accidents written by
Ramsey Officers. Of the six reported accidents, five operators were injured. Of those five, four
were adults. None of the accidents occurred within the MUSA area.
