In the event that the charges are not satisfied upon transfer of
ownership, they remain "attached" as a lien against the property.

This shed light on another situation with this property, tt is located in an area of the City
serviced by municipal sewer and water. This property is not as of yet connected to the municipal
system and by City Code should have been connected during 1989 [within two-years of
availability]. This connection also involves the levying of trunk and connection charges against
the property.

The City Administrator, City Engineer and I would be willing to meet with you to discuss when
this property will be connected to the municipal system and how the fire alarm and other charges
will be satisfied. Please contact me at 427-1410 to discuss this further.

Sincerely,

CITY OF RAMSEY

Jessie L.
