The result of these collaborations is the enclosed <br />proposed towers ordinance. <br /> <br />Observations: <br /> <br />On April 7, 1997, the Planning Commission recommended that the City Council adopt <br />the proposed towers ordinance. Also, on March 13, 1997, the Park and Recreation <br />Commission recommended that the Council approve the ordinance with the current text <br />as it pertains to parks. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />The Planning Commission and City Staff recommend adoption of the proposed towers <br />ordinance. <br /> <br />Council Action: <br /> <br />Motion to: <br />Introduce Ordinance #97- <br />constructing and siting towers. <br /> <br />to establish regulations for the purpose of <br /> <br />Review Checklist: <br /> <br />CC: <br /> <br />City Administrator <br />City Attorney <br />Zoning Administrator <br /> <br />4/22/97 <br /> <br />7 <br /> <br /> <br />
