Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION #97-04-XXX <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING 1997 SCHEDULE OF RATES, FEES AND CHARGES <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, at the Council Finance Committee meting on April 22, 1997, staff <br />recommended amendment of the Schedule of Rates, Fees, and Charges; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Finance Committee approved this recommendation and hereby <br />recommends the Ramsey City Council approve this recommendation. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TItE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the Schedule of Rates, Fees and Charges is hereby amended to increase development <br /> fees by $100 to provide for transportation trail impacts of development activity. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this the 22nd day of April, 1997. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br /> <br />
