It is Harmony Farms Estate. The existing driveway will be used to the <br />house and will be extended. One of the out buildings will face Highway 5 and will have decorative <br />brick exterior, so that all of the structures will match. <br /> <br />Commissioner Jensen asked if horse shows will be held at the farm. Mr. Morris answered, no. <br /> <br />City Engineer Jankowski noted that a surety deposit will be required to insure adequate landscaping. <br /> <br />Mr. Morris stated that a deposit would not be a problem.
