It is Harmony Farms Estate. The existing driveway will be used to the <br />house and will be extended. One of the out buildings will face Highway 5 and will have decorative <br />brick exterior, so that all of the structures will match. <br /> <br />Commissioner Jensen asked if horse shows will be held at the farm. Mr. Morris answered, no. <br /> <br />City Engineer Jankowski noted that a surety deposit will be required to insure adequate landscaping. <br /> <br />Mr. Morris stated that a deposit would not be a problem. He asked how long the City would hold <br />it. <br /> <br />Chairperson Bawden stated that the deposit would be held for two years. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer, seconded by Commissioner Holland to amend Condition No. 4 <br />of the conditional use permit to a surety deposit of $2,000 for landscaping. <br /> <br />Motion Carded. Voting Yes: Chairperson Bawden, Commissioners Deemer, Holland, Jensen, <br />LaDue, Thorud. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioner Terry. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer, seconded by Commissioner Thorud to recommend the City <br />Council approve the amended conditional use permit. <br /> <br />Motion carded. Voting Yes: Chairperson Bawden, Commissioners Deemer, Thorud, Holland, <br />Jensen, LaDue. Voting No: None.
