I <br />i <br /> <br />Councilmember <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #97-05- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND <br />SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #97-01 (SEALCOAT AND <br />CRACK FILL SECTIONS 6 AND 7 UNPLATTED -- DRISCOLL STREET, BAUGH <br />STREET, 169TH LANE AND 173RD AVENUE) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution #97-01-019 on January 28, <br />1997, fixing a date for a Council public hearing on the proposed improvement to sealcoat and <br />crack fill Sections 6 and 7 unplatted -- Driscoll Street, Baugh Street, 169th Lane and 173rd Lane <br />(Project #97-01); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, ten days' mailed notice and two weeks' published notice of the hearing was <br />given, and the hearing was held on February 25, 1997 at which time all persons desiring to be <br />heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City has waited the required sixty (60) days following the public <br />hearing. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1) Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed on January 28, 1997. <br /> <br />2) City Engineer Steve Jankowski is hereby designated as the engineer for this <br /> improvement. He shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of such <br /> improvement. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: ' <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this the 13th day of May, 1997. <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />
