I I I I I i I I I I I I I I I I I I I Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #97-05- RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #97-08 (SEALCOAT AND CRACK FILL SECTION 21 UNPLATTED -- 153RD LANE, 154TH LANE AND RHINESTONE STREET) WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution #97-01-026 on January 28, 1997, fixing a date for a Council public heating on the proposed improvement to sealcoat and crack fill Section 21 unplatted---153rd Lane, 154th Lane and Rhinestone Street (Project #97-08); and WHEREAS, ten days' mailed notice and two weeks' published notice of the hearing was given, and the heating was held on February 25, 1997 at which time all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon; and WHEREAS, the City has waited the required sixty (60) days following the public heating. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: 1) 2) Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed on January 28, 1997. City Engineer Steve Jankowski is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement. He shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of such improvement. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following were absent: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 13th day of May, 1997.
