Access. A clean out pipe of at least 6 inches d~meter shall <br /> extend to the ~u-ound surface and be provide~' wffth seals to <br /> prevent odor and to exclude insects and verznin. A manhole <br /> of at least 20 inches in dimension shall extend to a point <br /> witinin 12 inches, but no closer than 6 inches, below finished <br /> ~rade. The m~nhole cover shah be covered with at least 6 <br /> inches of earth. <br /> <br /> 8. Depth of Bury. The tank capacity shall be at least 5 <br /> times the daily flow rate. <br /> <br /> 6. Loca~iom Holding tanks shall be locatech <br /> a) In an area readily accessible to the .pump truck under <br /> all weather conditions; <br /> b) As specified for septic tanks; <br /> c) Where accidental spillage during pumping will not <br /> create a 'nuisance. <br /> <br />6. Water Meter. A water meter shall be required with all <br /> ho]ding ts~t,-s to measure the flow to all plumbing fi×~ures <br /> except the outside sfltcocks, l~eadings shall be subnfitted at <br /> least quarterly to the pumper and the council. Readings <br /> shall be used to establish the amount of sewage pumped and <br /> hauled. <br /> <br />7. Contract.
