Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #97-05- (as proposed by City Staff) A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT BASED ON FINDINGS OF FACT # __ AND DECLARING TERMS OF PERMIT TO CONSTRUCT ACCESSORY STRUCTURES PRIOR TO THE PRINCIPAL BUILDING ON A PARCEL WltEREAS, the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution #97-05-XXX adopting Findings of Fact # for this use and herein approves the Conditional Use Permit. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THIS CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RA/VISEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: That on ~, 1997, a Conditional Use Permit ("CUP") was issued by the City of Ramsey ("City") to David L. Hansen, Mark H. Hansen, and Trygg J. Hansen ("Permit Holders") to construct accessory structures prior to the principal building on the property generally known as the Hansen Tree Farm and legally described as follows: The Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 21, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota (Subject Property). This permit is issued pursuant to Section 9.03.04 and 9.1.18 of the Ramsey City Code. The conditions of this permit are as follows: That prior to the development of any principal buildings on the Subject Property, this resolution shall allow for the construction of two accessory structures on the Subject Property with a total square footage not to exceed 4,800 square feet. That this resolution shall permit the construction of one metal sided accessory structure, at a size not to exceed 2,100 square feet, without benefit of a commercial site plan review and contingent upon a design that includes soffit, fascia, a front entrance overhang, and establishment of shade tolerant evergreens between the building and the public right-of-way. That the Permit Holders shall obtain a commercial site plan review and approval in accordance with City Code and ail other necessary permits prior to commencing any construction on the second accessory structure. That the accessory structures shall be used for year-around storage of materials and equipment, and seasonal sales related to Christmas trees and holiday accessories from November 1 to January 1 each year.
